Cams Hill School/Jungle Crows, Orissa, India

The boys were selected from the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), a school set up to provide tribal children the chance of an education. The boys took up rugby 4 months prior to the touraid U14's Cup 2007 and won the inaugural U14 Cup!

They returned home to a reported 20,000 crowd with an open topped lorry parade. The school received congratulations from the Prime Minister and President of India. As a result of the tour the school now has a rugby academy and has attracted a major sponsor, Exim Bank, to support its work with the poorest of India's communities.

The Jungle Crows coach Tudu, from a tribal background and 18 years old at the time of the tour, has secured a Scholarship to Hartpury College, Gloucestershire and continues to play and coach on his time back in Orissa. The schools principal, supported by the touraid sponsor Ashurst LLP visited Cams Hill during March 2008 and the schools are now officially linked
