THAILAND-Phuket Lomas
The Asia Centre Foundation set up in 2001 was well placed to respond to the needs of the Phuket community in the aftermath of the 2004 Tsunami.

It is ACF's aim to bring change in communities by providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged children. ACF also identify needs in the community, find partners to fund projects and train and develop locals to become leaders and to make a difference in the community. ACF manage 5 different educational and care projects for disadvantaged children and children-at-risk.  ACF also provides opportunities to volunteers, youth teams and team builders to serve less advantaged children and communities in a cross cultural setting.
10 children and 2 carers will be coming on tour with the help of Pat Cotter and touraid.
Pat (known as Phuket Pat) and the Phuket Lomas support the Asia Centre Foundation with mentoring, coaching and fundraising.
